My E-Brake warning light in the center cluster won't turn off even though the E-Brake is fully released.

Now the chime is on constantly unless I brake, stop or put it in park.

After 5 minutes of constant chiming, you want to smash your head against a wall.

How hard is it to get to the chime speaker on a 2003 Yukon SLT? I would remove it instantly if fairly simple.

Check to make sure your brake fluid isn't low. Same thing happened to my 1994 Bonneville when I was in college. Had no idea what was going on

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "make sure contact is fully off"..... What contact?
