Got the ACdelco kit from the dealer today. It does include everything in the diagram above. So it turns out I have an extra set of parking brake shoes. The hardware pack I'll return. If anyone needs it, part #19178801. List $120 for both sides.

Yes this includes the shoes and all hardware for both sides. You might try one of the on line dealers for a better price. That's why I posted the part #. I would have but the truck was up on the lift and I wanted to get the job done. Hope this helps...
