Early 2015 LED/HID question question

I've seen a few different recommendations as to what bulb is required to replace the fog bulb with an LED bulb. Can someone clarify this for me?

Also if I order an HID kit from the Retrofit source do I need a canbus harness/adapter?

The Retrofit Source answered my HID question, no one care to chime in on the LED question?

I only ask because I saw a post about there being an early 2015 version and a late 2015 version.

Is there a difference between the early and late 2015? I am wanting to add HID to mine as well. Not sure where to start.
