Ok so some people have done the all high mod and i personal had had it for a while but i was not happy with the jumper wires. I saw this product by Fleece, and knowing the quality of they products that they produce in addition to this being $20.95 I pulled the trigger on Thursday..
Grand total of $24.80 shipped and arrived last night (Monday)
I figured i would be the Ginny pig for anyone looking for a clean and straight forward upgrade.
This mod will take a <5 minutes. I took 10 minutes total and that was sautering and taking pictures once complete.

This is how the install goes:

Now you will want to remove (PULL UP) these indicated 4 relays.
with them removed your box should look like this
If you want to have the ground SIGNAL spade for signal to a Relay for auxiliary lights you will need to sauder this spade tot he board. If yo do not need this then skip this step.
after the board has cooled place it in the fuse box as shown.
With the board installed start to replace the relays (they do not matter the location as they are all the same.
Replace the cover onto the fuse box and shut the hood of the car. Crank her up up and reap your rewards.
