Ebay Headlights

I was wondering if any has dealt with these cheap ebay headlights...the reason I am asking is I am wondering if they would be easier to take apart than the OEM ones so I can paint the inside...I'm just not too keen on cutting the lights with a dremel...

Yes MUCH easier to take apart.

And they're fine, I used them for my Tahoe retrofit ... I got mine from 1AAuto who are vendors here. I think Depo makes some good quality oem clones as well.

cool...then I might give it a shot....gotta get rid of the extra chrome inside the headlight...

These can just be heated up and taken apart?

That's how my retrofitter did it, also sumo took his apart ... I haven't done it myself so I don't know the specifics.

Alright...thanks for the info Serge...this will probably be my next mod after I get my wheels on and drop it...
