I want to update that I found the problem. It ended up being the suspension control module located above the spare tire. It must be a bad short within the module. I did try everything that was recommended and went through all connections 1 by 1. This module is very expensive. To the tune of 850can.

Any suggestions on a spot to order a new one or a good spot to score a used one?

looks like they start out at about $100 used on ebay, good chance it will need to be reprogrammed to your truck by the dealer as well.
