Electrical issues need good help!!!

I've got a 2003 gmc yukon denali with aftermarket halo headlights. Everything was working just fine for the past 3 yrs after the headlights were installed. I recently had the engine completely rebuilt and upgraded and since then, whenever my headlights come on, my right turn signal stays on in the rear and the arrow stays lit up in the side view mirror. My front bumper lights and turn signal on the right side don't come on at all. When I turn the right turn signal on when the headlights are off, both sides in the rear blink along with both side view mirrors and the left side bumper signals all blink. I got home tonight, and now neither turn signal comes on and my AC controls don't work. NEED SOME REAL HELP ON THIS ONE PLEASE!

Sounds like some wires got messed up during the engine installation... Take it back to whoever did the engine...
