electrical problem

I just installed hid lows and fogs and I never really used my fogs before but today when i was messing with them I noticed this noise coming from the back of the truck. Turns out that my rear wiper was briefly turning on and off when i turned on the fogs. So I nbeed help diagnosing this problem I figure something must be wired together or something and Im not sure if this problem existed before I installed the hids.

hey thsnks alot, i guess i should have searched but it really didnt cross my mind at the time, funny thing is is that i had taken my washer reservoir out today had to fix a small leak in it, wish i would have known about that while it was out, oh well lol
