Number 15 fuse keeps blowing out on my tahoe, It is labeled Dr Lights/Fog Lamps Relay. But once this fuse blows my front and rear fogs go out and my dash lights go out. Is it possible that it is the relay thats no good and thats what keeps shorting out and blowing the fuse? I can put a new fuse in and it lasts about a day and blows again.

As you know and stated in your question, fuses blow because of a short cicuit. Most likely you have a wire grounding out somewhere. Feel your relay while the fog lights are on. If it's hot then it might be the cause, but I would look for a short. Hope this helps.

Do you have a trailer light harness hooked up? Usually this is a common cause of parking light shorts. Check the wires for your rear lights and front parking lights; you more than likely have a wire that has lost its protective cover and is grounding out.
