Anyone used any of the Energy Suspension kits? Good/Bad/Ugly?

Also are there any other kits out there that covers anything ES is missing?

I want to rebuild my front suspension, and cover anything else I can replace with Poly.

I have had good results in the past with these products.

What else is recommended to replace in the suspension? Ball joints? Idler arm?

I replaced my entire front end over a year ago. I used Moog for bj and pitman, idler ect... Highly recommend Moog. I would suggest doing those if u feel they may be needed. Get it out of the way, if you're already gonna tear into it.

I have Energy Suspension poly front/rear sway bar brackets and shortened end links. Also have poly RLCA. One thing about poly, it can be loud, which u probably know. I especially notice on RLCA when cold or wet out. But usually goes away once I drive for awhile. But does stiffer up very well, and happy with em.

Personally wouldn't put poly in front control arm bushings, or anything that moves. Rear not so bad, but if I were to do over again, would probably go del sphere. Certain things I don't think should be poly. May last longer. But also stiffer, and doesn't like to articulate and move well.

Anything u do poly will be stiffer, for good or bad. And will squeak. I use special poly lube, and inevitably it will make noise.
