okay this maybe a dumb question but the 2500 dollar core charge thats like the same core charge when you buy a new battery or radiator or someshit
so you send yer old motor back for yer 2500 bucks and a new crate motor is only 1200 bucks thats not bad
but how much does it cost to ship a freakin motor holy crap id hate to be that ups man ROLFMAO

You pay the 3700 and then you pay another 2500. You return the engine and you get your 2500 back. Shipping truck doesn't cost too much. When I ordered my reman from promar, the shipping both ways is included (in the US) and they don't charge you a core charge unless you do not send it back within 30 days.

The term crate engine is usually used for a complete engine. Most long blocks do not have the intake manifold and other stuff. He is talking about buying a brand new engine from GM not a remanufactured one.

Any of you guys have any experience with turnkeysupplyengines.com ?

They seem to have an LQ4 6.0 vortec V8 CID 364 which is exactly what I need and a transmission an they ship worldwide. But how reliable are they no clue if they're scam or frands. Lemme know what you think.

I greatly appreciate all the feedback it's like for once people exist on the Internet to answer all my dumb when I ask otherwise it's like floating around in empty space.

They're Facebook has good reviews. Maybe someone else will chime in. Another thing you should consider is having whomever you purchase through do any cam or head upgrades ahead of time if they will. I considered it but was under time constraints. These lq4 engines can pull way more power with better heads and a better cam.

The force is strong with thee Pnwdan. I will update my progress as soon as I get a response from both promar and turnkey so you guys know as well. And even way down the line after everything goes theougjsmoothly!. Man I'm learning a ton thank you guys really!. That's a brilliant idea. I'm sure they can fit some Decent headers or something or a sensible upgrade. Just put it in a mail to them.
