Engine wire harness

I have a 2000 chevy tahoe. It was converted to run propane. I put in a new 5.3 liter Chevy Silverado 1500 motor but the wire harness from the 2000 Tahoe was all cut up for the propane conversion. So I'm wondering if I can use the Silverado 1500 wire harness?

whats important is that it attaches to body for the controls and such,i would start there, i believe that they're the same vehicle, what changes are the exterior, i would match the numbers on the ecm.hope this helps someone else may chime in
