Does anyone know how to wipe out (erase) previous key fob programming?
I used to have a Denali with push to start and an extra key fob that I want to sell.

far as i know the vehicle is programmed with the keys signal the key doesn't get programmed to the vehicle. so you should be able to sell it without a problem.

OK, I see [emoji1303]
But that makes me curios, what if two Denalis are next to each other, and I want to use old key fob to new Denali? Can a regular programming to the new Denali overrides previous programming to the old vehicle next to it?
What I meant is, how to make sure the link is totally broken with a fresh start?

the stock reciever in the vehicles only allows for a certain number of receivers. i think dont quote me on this but if you were to program more than allowed the first programmed fob would be cleared. outside of that if you had the 2 vehicles next to each other that still have that fob programmed you would activate both. i believe the dealership could clear the original Denalis fob programming to solve that issue. pretty friendly dealerships that i use so last time i got a fob one of the techs programmed it for free.

Good, thanks for the reply [emoji1303]
Just wanted to mention that at the user manual I guess they describe how to program extra key fobs and I think you can go up to 5 I guess.
I agree that the dealer is needed to clear previous programming as you just have said.
