error code P1345

ok guys i need some help with this code 1345 1997 chevy tahoe 5.7 redid the heads and injector about 2 years ago (just one injector) the service engine lite has bben on steady since now has a real rough idle and not running good at all and lite is now flashing at times had codes read at local parts place they gave me 7 codes that were in there o2 sensors random misfires and 1345 with no definition not sur what to do next also had trans rebuilt and new ecm put in about 6 months ago any thoughts?

okay so if there is codes warning about o2 sensors i would change those because that is what makes your motor run straight and the 1345 code all you have to do is go to a mechanic and say can you clear this code and then run the ckp test.

Please check the condition of fuse labeled ENG-1 first it is in under hood fuse/relay block and should be rated at 20 amps. Do this before any other moves and report back please.

code came back on i am about ready to throw something at it taking it to a diffrent shop today and im getting this settled seems to be good for about two to three weeks then it goes and trips a code sometimes. But i do drive alot i usually drive somewhere to around 200+ miles a week.

well thats annoying, silly question did you put in a new cam shaft sensor? last time i tried to do mine it wouldnt relearn due to a bad sensor...

got it fixed holy shit i off 16 degrees and no rough idle or anything just no balls now it seems to have more power.

i got a new motor in June of this year.
