1.My truck is a 2002 z71 tahoe, will this swap right in or is there modifications to be done?
2. Are those ends caps painted or are they a wood finish cant reall tell, also are they plastic?

If all goes well, I will be buying and picking up an '03 Yukon in 2 days. This is one modification I wanted to do to it. I really would like to have this rack, but wouldn't want to buy it until I actually have the Yukon, just in case something is wrong with the Yukon, and I don't end up getting it. This a short body not extended rack right?

I don't know if you still have this, but yet again, the purchase of the Yukon didn't work out so I won't be needing this rack. I guess people's opinion of nice are far different than mine.
