recorded a video of whats going on with my car

Its stumbling and the coolant gauge fluctuation seems to be connected.

Any ideas on where to start looking?

Problem Solved: The coolant temp sensor plug wasn't properly seated. Truck runs like a top now. Threw the code PO118
