Here's a zipped PDF scan of the expoded view. Obviously you need #40, but the dealer seemed to think they would need #43 to cannabalize it for the swap.

Thanks. Any idea what the actual part number is for 40? I would be down to do a write up

There are a few of the Caddie heated/cooled cupholder assemblies left on eBay. They're NIB $290.

The mech will have to be removed from the Caddie console and fit to your's since they're not the same shape. I'll be cannibalizing the front storage parts too since ours is also broken.
