The painted white panels are in decent shape with scratches down to plastic on the inside and a few almost un noticeable scuffs on the outside. The chrome on the bars are starting to spot but still shine nice and the cross bars have a few spots of rust on the bottom side. 150 shipped to east side , 165 shipped to west side. Will piece them out too, ask for what you need! One bolt is missing from the pic. Make me an offer!
