Hello all you kind expert people, I'm buying an ethanol conversion kit for my 2000 Yukon (5.3 V8) and I have to find the 'connector' for the injection system. I can't seem to find any information about where it is! Having climbed into the engine twice and take pix, I'm told I still haven't found it. Searches online for diagrams do not seem to show where it is ... it's supposed to be under the engine cover... Apparently it can be one of these - can anyone tell me where to find it??

Is your kit supplying you with new fuel injectors? Each fuel injector will have a connector similar to those you illustrated. These are the injector connectors and location on my '02 Tahoe Z71, LM7 (gas) engine, sitting "under" that horizontal fuel rail. I am no E-85 expert, but belive you may need to replace (8) fuel injectors, upgrade the fuel pump, and install a Ethanol sensor.

thank you for this. Yes - the kit includes the individual injector connector. there seems to be a central connection (could that be the sensor you mention?) they say it's in the fuel line where the fuel goes into the engine and that the replacement will be able to sense whether it's ethanol or SP95.... They just call it a connector (in both French and English), which doesn't help!

That sounds like the ethanol sensor, which would be upstream somewhere between the tank and the fuel rails. We'll have to wait for a response form one of our E-85 experts.
