looks like a retro using hella 50mm micro projectors, these are off the shelf parts so doubt chevy would incorporate them into a headlight. also these are weather tight / sealed units, so of all the options chevy has has for projectors i doubt they would stick a weather sealed unit INSIDE a headlight housing
You're right, those definitely look the same. Its still weird that I would come across so many different Tahoes with the same mod though.
