EVAP system leak codes can be tricky without a scantool that supports bi-directional control and a smoke machine.
EVAP circuit codes are usually pretty simple. If it's a circuit code the ECM isn't receiving the proper signal per mode of the solenoid/valve it's attributed to. Solenoid itself, bad wiring or failed ECM driver is all it can be with a circuit code.
Troubleshooting EVAP systems as a DIY'r isn't something I suggest.
