Does the tune remove the speed governor? Mine sort of hits a brick wall at 110/111 but pulls really hard right up to that point.

Yes, you can tune out the speed governor.

That 130 on the dic, that doesn't get tuned out? I don't have the dic anyway.yes, as mentioned, a tune will remove speed limiter....
however i wouldnt test out speeds over 120 until you look into a upgraded driveshaft.
a few threads & vids of driveshafts letting go on dyno runs are posted online.
plus once the DIC displays over 130 or so, it will pop up a reduced engine power message.
i suspect teh PPV/SSV pkgs have different programming & better driveshafts...among their other upgrades
