970Tahoe...pics! Actually I'm curious about the smoothed plastics...can I see pics? Where did you get them all? Also, can you give more details on the 6x9s you installed in the roof?

970Tahoe...pics! Actually I'm curious about the smoothed plastics...can I see pics? Where did you get them all? Also, can you give more details on the 6x9s you installed in the roof?

Here's the thread with the pics of the interior....I sanded all of the trim pieces myself and painted them

As far as the 6x9s go, all you have to do is trim the metal a little bit, and they bolt right up, and the stock cover can go back on....no pics

what did you trim the metal with? i was looking at it back there and was thinking it's gonna be hard to get it started since it's all curved. from what i saw, i think a sawzall might be the best tool for that.

That or a jigsaw with a fine tooth blade. Or a dremel
