Evolution of Effeckt's Hoe

Figured now that I have done a few things I would make my own mod thread.

Here is how my truck looked stock when I bought it. (I say stock but it came with the 22 inch rims on it when I bought it)







Since then I debadged it and removed the moldings





Then installed the AEM intake



followed by the LED tails:





and now just got out of the shop with a new 2500HD hood, SS grille, SS bumper, smooth vent caps, and a painted rear bumper.

Oh most definitely. I don't have the funds to do it at this point but my next two mods will be exhaust and I'm leaning towards a 2/4 drop. I really like the looks of the 3/5 a lot of you have but I want to keep the clearance as I take my Hoe camping and to the lake quite a bit. Who knows maybe I will break and end up with the 3/5 anyway but my intention as of now is to stick with a 2/4.

Finally, you can take the "Future Mods" off your sig. I've been anxious to see this. It looks awesome. The tails, vent caps, grille, and BUMPER. and the 2500HD hood is lookin BOSS on the red.

and I bet a lot of people dont notice this but you also have all red mirrors. Nice.

Looks really good man, anything going on inside as well?

It came with some stereo upgrades (although minor). I have a bunch of plans for the interior. I'll probably attempt to tackle the led change as it sounds like it is easy on the 01's and it shouldn't be too costly. I want to do the stereo as I would like it as well but I will probably do that after I finish the exterior/performance mods I want.

Man you aren't kidding me. I have been looking forward to this for a long time. I was antsy as these parts have been compiling up in my house for awhile now. It was definitely worth the wait though!

So you actually did it right, collected all the parts, and put them on all at once? Niiice. That had to have taken some restraint. That is a whole new truck.

and on the sig... thats just how it came out. I plan on gettin some better pics in a better setting and Ill tone it down when I do that.

hahaha I just noticed this. If you expand my sig and look in the front passenger door, you can see my dad just getting out of his truck watchin me take the pic. (I think thats him anyway hahaha)
