No, GM did that. You think the dealer paid out of their pocket for your convertible top?

I hate all car dealers. They would scam their own mother if they could. Get the lowest price possible. If you want good service, bring in a couple dozen donuts.

sure GM paid for it but the dealership had to go to the Rep and give him a good business case as to why to good will. The dealership wont make much money on it since it is a vary tedious job with lots of adjustments and they will have to pay the tech some extra time. But guess where we will buy our next car. We have to date purchased 3 cars at that dealership.

No, but I have certainly had dealers work the system to my advantage because of our relationship. Basically, they helped get things covered by warranty that otherwise wouldn't be.

I just talked to Brandon at Laura GMC. Seems like a super nice guy and the price was awesome. I lease my cars but Brandon said they can only lease cars in IL and MO.
