Absolutely brace it, that's a large box with large subs, it'll need the support.
Build it subs up port back. That port will take up quite a bit, you might want to shoot for 9ft^3 before port and displacement of the subs and displacement of the bracing.
You might want to enlist in the help of a real box builder and pay them for the design.
I wouldn't make your box the complete width of the cabin, those plastic panels aren't completely straight, and even if most of it is 48" wide, if it's warped even slightly, a 48" wide box may catch on the panel sliding in and scratch the box and the panels. I would give a 1/2" buffer between the box and the panels just to be safe.
