factory alarm randomly goes off when armed.....

I just started having the same issue. I have a 2016 Yukon Denali with the optional $410 Theft Deterrent System. It goes off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason.

I'm in the process of rewiring my truck and wasn't aware it came with a factory alarm. I don't have a key fob just a regular key and ever since I fixed a few more hacked up wires as soon as I open the door the truck horn starts beeping till I start it lol

Possibly a bad door sensor.
The alarm goes off immediately after you arm it or does it sit for some time before going off?

Do you ever notice your DIC displaying the message about a door ajar or rear gate ajar? I had my alarm go off in the middle of the night for a whole summer.
