i think you will have to get the bigger case alt in which it won't

fit are 95 alt bracket. add another alt you have the room to do so.

then you can use the bigger case alt.

I put a large case 140 amp in my '96 replacing the stocker 105 amp small case

A local shop rebuild my stock 85 Amp alternator, changing out the guts of the unit to make a 150 amp alternator.

These are the guys that rebuild all the starters and alternators for dealers and parts stores.

I didn’t have room for a larger alternator. You might have to leave it with them for a day or two, but it is one way boost output without reinventing the wheel.

thanks for the idea Twin turbo mannn!! i did exactly that, got it back today as well. i didnt install it yet, figured it could wait till tomorrow or until i get my underpulley for the crank. I picked up a March overdrive pulley for the alternator as well today to compensate for the underdrive. They rebuilt it to 180 amp alternator, 140 at idle. I figured with the fans and sound system later on, it would help me out some. the big 3 should do this alternator wonders now too.. well thanks for everyones help! itll be installed soooon!

Hmmm, I gotta find me a shop to this. I got all the stuff laying around to do the Big 3 also. How much they charge you?
