Hello all. I put two 12's and an amp in my 05 Tahoe yesterday running off of the factory headunit. Tapped into the factory sub wires under the cup holders for the loc, which works perfectly. For a remote wire I tapped into the pink wire in the same harness, thinking this would work. It does turn the amp off and on with the truck, but it also comes on any time the interior lights come on. Does anyone know from experience which wire I need to tap for the 12v remote turn on for my amp? I'd like to have all connections at the console, but can tap in behind the radio if absolutely necessary. Thanks in advance for the help!

All the diagrams I have seen show the pink wire to be the factory amp turn on.... However since that isn't working just tag onto the "seo accessory " fuse in the drivers side fuse panel under the dash.
