Pull connectors on the harnesses and spray down with electrical terminal cleaner spray. Worth a try.

With your key NOT in the ignition, door open, turn on your headlights. Do you get the Headlights On Dinger?

Did you ask that question for a specific reason? As in there's some kind of relationship between the headlight on alarm and the amp?

If the dinger works, but the radio doesnt, than its usually the radio. But in your case, it could be either since it doesnt work.
