Factory Console Mounted Shop Vac?

Does anyone on here have the factory Shop Vac? I didn't even know it was a thing until it popped up while searching for something else.

Curious... How much does it suck? I can buy quite a few shop vacs for that price... but man that would be handy.

Wow, I didn't even know this existed. Even if it doesn't perform as well as a full size shop vac, the convenience of having a neatly tucked away interior vacuum is a win for me. Will Definitely be picking one of these up.

I agree. We looked at a Honda pilot a few years ago and it offered one. I thought it was a really cool option.

I thought the same. Having a vacuum located in the storage cubby in driver side rear quarter would be better.

That was not on the options list when I ordered my 2019 Yukon. Maybe a dealer add?

Never seen this before, very interesting. However, I've checked multiple sites, and all say this part does not fit a 2016 Yukon. So it seems to be specific to 2018+ models. If anyone has one of these vacuums, or has installed it after the fact, I hope they chime in, maybe with some in process of installation pics.

I had the same concern, Some websites say it'll fit the earlier 15-17 and others say 18-20 only so I'm not sure either.

I found this flyer online that looks to be from GM Accessories that states it will fit on a 16' So I guess We'll see. Going to be purchasing one in the coming weeks.

Please keep us updated. I’m curious as to the wiring and if it’s PnP. There’s available spots on the main center console harness connector to accommodate a dedicated +12v circuit.

Oh and the pic shows RCA inputs with the rear seat entertainment system. Those were on 15-16. They were dropped in 2017 for an additional usb plug and added a HDMI port.
