Factory speaker location map

Anyone have a speaker locations map or diagrams for 2018 Tahoe z71? Or even a list of locations and total?

the only places you will find speakers is the dash, pillars, center console, doors.
they don't put them anywhere else, if you something that looks like it might be a speaker anywhere else it's not.

lol nah, mine is special, at least to me, but not that special! I think escaladers are supposed to go to the "bourgeois/bigmoney" site or something like that right?

if you want size's and things like that then yes crutchfield shows all that, if you upgrade the speakers it likely won't sound the same because the oem amp and speakers are usually not common ohm's so instead of 4ohm's it might be 2.7 or something else, the fix of course is to just do the whole system, speakers and amp(s) you can make it work with the stock headunit if you really like it. if not then you can use a maestro rr and that will allow you to integrate a aftermarket headunit in and still have the oem functions.

Yeah it seems to be the norm now-a-days for car manufacturers to put thr crazy ohm speakers like 2s, 2.5s, and I've heard of some around the 1+ range.. etc. I plan on going with AudioControl units like the lc7i. When I install the control unit(s) I also plan on starting out with better wire to the OEM speakers since I will be tapping into all of them anyway. I have a few ideas about continuing to use some of the low ohm factory speakers until they toast. The AudioControl units give you so many more options!

generally people who buy escalades don't fix their own car
