What are you solving for here?

I don't see an appropriate risk / reward outcome here.

Gain: minute or two faster warmup time, slightly less parasitic drag on the engine
Loss: Ruinous damage due to excessive heat, need to constantly monitor temps, inability to drive your vehicle at low speed or idle, rapid overheating when pulling off a freeway to a traffic light as heat soak takes hold

Not solving anything really. Was just asking.

I figured these radiators are generously sized as it is that theres enough 'radiant' heat rejected from them in the winter time (Assuming 40F temps and below) as it is without the need for the fan.
