I have done my entire interior in Fat Mat. I did all 4 doors in one night. The next evening i did the rear door.. it took me the whole night but in the NBS yukons, you have very small openings to reach into so all had to be applied in 2" wide strips by 1 foot long. it took me an entire day to do the headliner. most of the time took to remove and re-install the headliner. the actual install time for the roofs Fat Mat went pretty quick! a quick note*** if you are running a big sound system.....Most SUVs roofs flex alot and really rattle. I suggets overlapping each strip by an inch or so to make sure the roof doesn't stretch when the bass hits. .. another note....make sure you scrub all areas to have fat mat applied with rubbing alcohol or acetone or laquer thinner, then wipe down with a clean microfiber cloth to remove any debris. I also take a small ball peen hammer and tap the fat mat a little after it has been installed, this helps adhere it a little better. I have installed what seems like every brand of sound deadner sheets and they all seem to work the same, for the most part, you are just paying more for a big name!!
