Favorite mod/upgrade

I have a '07 Denali XL.
Until now, I have done little to it other than upkeep and maintenance (which, I'm finding, can be a full-time endeavor )

Just curious...what have you done to your ride that you'd recommend to others? Which upgrade/mod are you most proud of?

Exterior?
Interior?
Performance?
Cosmetic?

Also...if you want...tell what you did to yours that you wish you hadn't!
