I've talked to him... It is kinda sexy I guess... When he purrs.
But really, I'm not downing the company, I know EVERYONE on here at one time or another has been pissed because they couldn't get someone on the phone for support, service, sex, whatever....
Emails are so impersonal and its sometimes hard to get into an email what you want to say. I'm not saying they should run out and install a phone line, I was merely stating my opinion on the subject of phone vs email. It's my preference and my opinion only, no disrespect or disdain meant towards anyone. In the oil field, when I need tech support, I am SO glad to be able to pick a phone up. Maybe that's why I'm biased on the subject. It's not like I'm saying anyone's a bad person or company due to their choice to keep it email only, so stop hating meow!

Jeez, hope I never have a bad experience with a company or product everyone else has had a good experience with... If I do I'll be sure and not post my thoughts/feelings/experiences/regrets on a forum.
He had a bad experience and posted about it. Sometimes that's the best thing to do, so that other people don't purchase goods/services that aren't good. This is an odd case since BBP has such a good record, however if someone posted a bad experience with a tuner that's wasn't worth a damn, we would all appreciate the info. Don't hate on people for their opinions on money they spent. He's not changing any minds really, but he is entitled to his say, right or wrong. That's why we have and love this place, the wealth of knowledge, experience, interpretations and community that comes along with it. I love this place for a lot of reasons, and unless someone is just being an all out troll, back off the abuse and be constructive . Posting your thoughts is a lot different then attacking someone. Just my .02, which I hope I'm entitled to as well

Yep, you make a good point. Its a forum and an opinion. He is entitled to it. Whether we take heed or ignore is up to us.
I think its just odd for us because we rarely hear bad experiences about BBP. Not bad, just odd. To each their own.

He didn't have a bad experience though, he knew from the beginning they didn't offer phone calls, he could have moved on right there. I know Wal-Mart doesn't offer enough lanes open for me to get out of there in a timely manner, I go to target instead of going there. That simple.

I PM'd the OP and let him know that despite differences in perception and opinions, there are really good people on here, including everyone at BPP. This is a community and every person that joins and shares his/her own knowledge and experience only helps to strengthen the community. I hope he sticks around and has a good experience down the road with any help he may need.
