Got 8 inches of snow to the existing amount we had on the ground already. Work was dead so i got off early and decided to check out the beaches and snap some shots.

Looks great... we got about 2' of snow, not including drifts.

BTW....how hard was it for you to black out your "Tahoe" on the doors? that looks like it'd be pretty tedious!

BTW....how hard was it for you to black out your "Tahoe" on the doors? that looks like it'd be pretty tedious!

easy peazy! I took a heat gun and warmed up the letters. Peeled right off. The good part was you could still see the logo and tahoe on the door. I scuffed the lettering with fine sand paper. I then hit it with 2 quick coats of Lens tint in a can. Put some 3m molding tape on the letters, cut to size of course and reinstalled.

:waytogo: That does sound pretty easy. I gotta think outside the box more cuz in my head I was like "How in the world did tape off his door enough to just paint the letters and have it look good??" :lol: The route you went is MUCH better than what I was thinking. I'll end up debadging my doors but yours being blacked out looks really good! :waytogo:
