Water in the gas perhaps? Try a bottle of dry gas. Might be be bad fuel filter at this point as well. Has the tank been run down to vapors or empty?

According to Alldata, there is no fuel filter outside the tank. Never been down to vapors.

Got ahold of the OBD2 and it gave me 3 codes. P0131, P0171 and P0300. Any thoughts?

According to Alldata, there is no fuel filter outside the tank. Never been down to vapors.

2004 and older the fuel filter was directly under the driver inside the frame

That's what it is starting to seem like, but will try a few other things first. Runs good most of the time, even starts fine (warm or cold).

Replaced 02 sensor, plugs, wires and cleaned MAF. It runs great now and have been having the wife drive it to work. 8 days without a hitch or trouble code. We'll start using top tier gasoline and see what happens. Thanks for all the suggestions.
