I finally got some decent pics of my Tahoe from the guy that's trying to sell it on consignment for me.....

I might try to find some stock wheels/tires to mount on there. I'm sure most potential buyers wouldn't like the Police Tahoe wheels and the 285/70-17 Duratracs.....

Thoughts?

I think the wheels make your truck. Its something different that you dont really see.

I freaking love the wheels/tires....it just seems like most people out there like stock/near stock vehicles.

To be honest, all the feedback I've gotten on the wheels is either extremely positive (from car enthusiasts) or extremely negative (people who know nothing or don't care about cars at all). Car enthusiasts are few and far between--at least around Omaha--so "stock appearing" is probably the way to appeal to most buyers.

He did recommend leaving most of the modifications except for the wheels/tires. Even those tires would probably be fine if they were on "normal" looking wheels.

We're asking $30,495. Definitely a little steep.....but '07 LTZs are going anywhere from $29k-34k in this area depending on mileage/condition. My LT is only a few options short of an LTZ and it's in amazing shape with 66k miles. So...$30,495 may be a bit steep, but what the hell, eh? I'm not really in a hurry to sell it...but if I can get about this much out of it then I'll turn around and just pay cash for an '03-05 Silverado or Ram and get rid of payments altogether.

Thanks for the comments, guys! Keep 'em coming!

If you are selling the truck get rid of the wheels and put an OEM/stock set. Even the mats in my opinion, should be sold separately. A stock looking vehicle is an easier sell to any buyer, enthusiasts or not, again, this is my opinion.:Handshake:

SW CT,
Looks great man, though I am a tad biased. I would throw on a set of stock 17's with those tires, or look in the classifieds of multiple truck sites for some used 18's or 20's with 285's.
