first timer

I have a 03 Tahoe with door ajar issues. I have replaced the door latch itself. All of the switches seem to be in the latch. Is there some other area I need to search for the problem.

you replace the stitch in the front jam?

I tried that first and found no switch. I called the dealership and they told me that it was built in the latch itself. I bought the latch and sure enough, everything is in the latch. $175.00 worth. Could there be anything else.

hmmm, not sure david. I say stop at a body shop, not a car dealer, see what they know.
