Flag Poll Clank

Hello
I have an '07 Tahoe and have a question about a sound I've been hearing for a few weeks. When I'm in a parking lot driving/turning slowly or after stopping I hear something that sounds like the clips on a flag clanking against a flag pole when it's windy.

This doesn't happen when I hit bumps or as I brake.

Just wondering if anyone has heard of this before I start checking the brakes or steering linkage??

Have you checked for anything stuck to/hanging off of any of your tires? (hopefully not a piece of ripped tire tread!) Or any sensors, cables, lines that may be loosely hanging to where they are being tossed against a metal surface on your truck as the tire hits it?
