50 was perfect in the wife's 04 Hoe. Loud when you punched it, quiet when cruising.

I mentioned earlier that the Flowmaster 50 SUV sound is what I recommend. I still do. Actually for your info I recommend the Flowmaster 17419 Dual catback kit. The sound is perfect on the Tahoe.
However if you plan to add Long Tube headers Expect the sound to increase. I figured I'd ad this info for you. I recently added LT Headers no cats and my wife was not to pleased with the sound. Then again it's still new to me and I have been a little harder on the pedal increasing the sound because I personally like it. She quickly got used to it & I don't really care about her opinion since she has her own vehicle. I have gotten compliments on the sound from young and old men on the new set up. Anyways just something to keep in mind if you plan to.

if he's talking about his 07 that kit isn't going to work and he's in the wrong forum. i have the dual flowmaster kit it comes with a 50 series muffler even though i just mounted it yesterday it sounds awesome and the wife likes it!
