Fog light mods

Hello, first time posting.I got my 08' black ltz last Saturday and I'm in love. I can't keep my eyes off it. Anyway, I'm wondering if there's a way to have the fog lights on without having the yellow blinker lights on as well? I think I would like the look of JUST led fog lights as my daytime running lights. Is this a dumb idea?
