So sorry if this was already discussed however does GM make a complete fog light kit for a 2013 Tahoe? According to a GM dealer my Tahoe did not come with any of the requirements from the factory to install oem fog lights so they couldn’t help at the time I brought my ride in for service and recommended finding an aftermarket solution. I was curious if someone ran into this same issue and may have suggestions? I'm not looking to integrate them with the headlight switch but rather have them on a toggle.
Many thanks!

Searching the forum ought to give you the answer. My memory is not so good today, but do remember fellas talking about this 5-6 years ago and even earlier.

Thank you for your reply. I did search the forum and got like 30+ pages of hits so I wasn't too keen on having to parse through all of it. LOL. I didn't find anything specific to my year of Tahoe - most posts dealt with vehicles that were already equipped from the factory. I'm looking at a pair of PIAA lights, they look quite nice. I would probably need to fabricate a mounting bracket of some sort. Any who, thanks!

1st thing to do is check for any existing factory wiring
i.e a harness plug behind the dash kickpanel for a fog light switch and under the front bumper area where the factory lights mount.
also there should be factory mounting holes in the lower bumper cover already, but you would need to verify, the factory lights or oem type aftermarket should just pop in. there are 3 holes where they clip in. If you look at pictures of the backside of oem fog lights you will see what I am talking about.

Good suggestions, thank you. I'll check and see what is there. The holes are present but they aren't cut out which makes me think there isn't anything else installed from the factory, though I could be wrong. You would think if it was all there that the dealer could have pieced it together - I told them to hang onto the ride for however long and I didn't care what it cost, just get it done. Oh well...
