You can up that to 35watt with 883's.
Sylvania zxe in 883 are pretty bright and color match well to 5k hids.
But anyone who wants good light output is not running pos oem fog assembly's.
They get projectors to replace them and run 4500k 55watt hid in them.

Remove the silly LEDs from the sides. Toss these in trash.
Remove projectors then remove the halo ring.
Paint halo ring black.
Reassemble.
Insert your 4500k 55watt bulbs.
Install assembly.
Use retrofit source hid relay harness, install ballasts and harness.
Profit from glorious amount of God like pure white light blasting from your bumper.
Ddm tuning has decent hid kits, their relay harness is shit, donot use on hid kits.
Want best of the best of the best.
Get Phillips bulbs and Bosch, Delphi ballasts, or be a mortal like the rest and run simple morimoto tri-5 kits with the retrofit source relay harnes.
