Foglights and Mudflap Install

Can you give more details on wiring them? Where did you get the relays and what kind are they? I don't know anything about wiring these things up but I am pretty handy otherwise. I just received some Spyder fog lights for mine and I am debating trying to install myself or take it somewhere and let them install them.
