Does anyone have Forgestar wheels I am looking at the X14 in a 22x10 but the backspacing is 6.7" and it has a +30 offset and hoping these are not awkward looking as I think they would be tucked too far in.

Anyone have input on these wheels or setup? Will be lifting 3" when these are installed with 35" tire

Lift makers normally specify wheel parameters that are compatible with their system. I’d heed their recommendations. I do think it likely you are correct and that’s too much positive offset.

I've had their wheels on other platforms and they definitely make a quality product. Plus you can contact them for custom offsets. They'll let you know what you need if you want something flush with the fender or if you want it to stick out a little, etc.

Forgestar builds their wheels with varying diameters, widths, and offsets. They have a wide range of dimensions to choose from.

The +30 is too high of an offset for your vehicle.

You mention that the wheels have “backspacing is 6.7" and it has a +30 offset”; Are you looking at a set of wheels that are already made but are for sale? If so, are they new or used?

I had the same offset on my explorer 22x10 +30, it didn't seem as aggressive as I was hoping for.

A 30 on an explorer will look different than a 30 on a Yukon/Tahoe. But yea even on the Yukon/Tahoe, you probably want at least a 25 on a 10" wheel.

I was curious as to the stock offset on the wheel options that came with the truck, that would be a good reference point.
