So I wasn’t very happy with the outcome of the last polish and Rejex sealant application.
The paint shined and the water beaded off, but there was just a noticeable swirly type haze to the finished product.
Not really swirl marks per se, but looked like it had not been buffed out properly. It was bugging me.
So I got the clay bar out again and removed the sealant and went back to my previous successful formula.
I hit the hood and all the major body panels minus the roof and bumpers.
I used a new pad, new microfibers and went back to my 3M Ultrafine Machine Polish step 3 designed for fine swirls, polishing out 2500 grit or higher and for dark paints.
Then I coated it all in Collinites 845 Insulator Wax and let it sit for 3 hours before polishing it out.
Looks wet and ready to roll.
This is the driver’s side.
