Found Possible Break In...

Found this the other day on the passenger side. I have no clue how long it's been there. I dont keep anything in the truck so if they did get in there was nothing to take. Just pisses me off. I have successfully jimed a loke open plenty of times on familys vehicle(locking there keys inside) without causing damage. Guess I'm going to be ordering replacement parts instead of my qtp cut out.

The stock alarm is so so at best. I had a rear window completely broken out and it never set the alarm off. I am guessing that that was because they never opened the door.

That sucks about your weatherstripping and that scratch on your door. On the bright side, that stuff is pretty easy to replace. You could probably get most of it from someone on craig's list parting out a 4 dr truck, tahoe or the like for less.

No worries. It happened in the medical center in Houston Tx. I was parked in the St. Lukes Hospital Parking garage of all places. Thats the only place the vehicle have been parked other than my garage.

I have already sought out the parts from a friend that works the parts counter at a dealership. The cost is minimal but the aggravation is great. I cannot stand someone damaging one of my vehicles.
