Yea complicated...I like it this way sometimes, makes me learn more about stuff.

Knobs, can you take another look at the list below? Just want to make sure we are on the same page for the number of speakers. Thanks for your help.

Front doors, 6 1/2 3 ways plus add on pair of tweeters
Rear doors, 6 1/2 3 ways
Rear pillars, 5 1/4 components with tweeters

All are rated at 4 ohms.

why would you run components for your rear pillars those are just for fill for people sitting in the third row. components are a woofer and tweeter so that would be a better move for your fronts. coaxials would go in your rear pillars and rear doors. run the fronts and rear doors off the amp and run the rear pillars off the radio amp.

I was trying to use stuff that I already had, the 5 1/4 components fit nicely in the rear pillars. The 6 1/2 3 ways went perfect in the doors and I added an extra set of tweeters in the front doors.

I wired the rear doors and rear pillars together. Everything sounds pretty good at this point, I'm just working on some final tweaking.

why are you running tweeters with coax?

if you have 3 ways, where is the other tweeter coming from?

i would recommend either ditching the rear pillar, and run components in the front and a nice set of coax in the rear doors

that way input to each cross over on front two channels, and the rear door speakers hooked right up to the other two channels, runs 4 ohms to each speaker, no issues

and is your sub dual 2 ohm voice coil?

I dunno, may change to a set of components in the front doors. I was making use of stuff I had lying around.

Yes the sub is 2 ohm dvc.
